BIO / PRINCE HARMON

Prince is a 14-year-old Deaf artist whose creativity speaks louder than words.

Living with developmental language delay, Prince communicates most naturally through his art. Each brushstroke, color, and texture serves as a powerful extension of his voice—allowing him to express thoughts, feelings, and stories that words sometimes can't capture.

Homeschooled by his mother, Prince thrives in a learning environment that honors his pace, visual learning style, and neurodivergent strengths. His passion for creating began at an early age and has evolved into Silent Expressions by Prince—a growing body of work filled with emotion, symbolism, and sensory-rich detail.

Whether he's painting abstract landscapes, experimenting with mixed media, or reimagining familiar objects, Prince’s art invites people to slow down and experience the world from his perspective.

Prince’s work has already caught the attention of local communities, with public showings that nearly sold out. More than just an artist, Prince is a storyteller and advocate—reminding others that being different isn’t a limitation; it’s a superpower. He enjoys video games, nature, and spending time with his younger sister, Lyric, who often assists him during art events.

Through Silent Expressions, Prince hopes to show that communication takes many forms and that every person—no matter their ability—deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
